CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the Intent Form has been completed, your sponsorship is classified as confirmed. Should you cancel, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 120 Days before Congress – no cancellation fees
- 90 Days before Congress – 25% cancellation fees
- 60 Days before Congress – 50% cancellation fees
- 30 Days, during or after Congress – full cancellation fees
Please forward your cancellation in writing to the Congress Organisers on sponsors@pasacongress.co.za.
Refunds will only be done AFTER the Congress has ended.
